Executive coaching for leaders ready to make a bigger impact.

Structured coaching programmes for accomplished leaders taking on greater responsibility, navigating significant change or shaping what comes next.

At the next level, it’s not about knowing more. It’s about leading differently.

Successful leaders bring experience, judgement and a strong record of delivery. As their responsibilities increase, the demands of leadership change.

Greater impact may require a leader to hold their position under pressure, influence more senior stakeholders, make decisions without perfect information and provide clarity through uncertainty.

Leadership Potential programmes build on existing strengths and develop the behaviours required at the next level.

Leadership is experienced through behaviour.

Leaders behave in ways that create clarity, confidence and momentum—or uncertainty, hesitation and friction. Their impact is visible in how they make decisions, communicate ideas, hold authority under pressure and guide others through uncertainty.

Coaching is grounded in the leader’s real organisational context, using current responsibilities, relationships and decisions as the environment for development.

The objective is observable and sustainable change in how the participant leads—not development for its own sake.

For the moments that shape what comes next.

Each programme addresses a distinct senior leadership moment, combining a clear development structure with the flexibility to work on live business priorities.

Her use of AI also made our discussions accessible and actionable after the programme.”

Sandra Peat is an executive coach, strategist and business leader with more than 25 years’ experience helping leaders and organisations translate ambition into action.

Behaviour is the connecting thread across her work. Through Brand Behaviour Business, the consultancy she founded, she helps leadership teams understand how organisational behaviour builds brands and drives growth. As UK Partner at Spikes, she works with evidence from emotionally significant customer experiences. Her doctoral research examines the relationship between organisational action, brand meaning and long-term performance.

Leadership Potential applies the same behavioural perspective to individual leadership—combining professional coaching practice with strategic judgement, behavioural insight and first-hand executive experience.

Her approach is reflective, practical and appropriately challenging. The objective is not to impose a prescribed model of leadership, but to help each participant become more intentional, consistent and effective as their responsibilities and ambitions grow.
